Return & Exchange Policy

Since all products are made-to-order, we follow a strict return policy.

We only accept returns/replacements if:

• Product is damaged
• Wrong product is delivered
• Printing defect is found

Conditions:

• Unboxing video is mandatory
• Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Product must be unused and in original condition
• A ₹100 fee will be charged for returns and exchanges.

Returns are NOT accepted for:

• Size issues
• Change of mind
• Minor color difference
